Website and account use

You may use Kernolix for lawful evaluation and authorized business workflows. Do not attempt to interfere with the service, bypass access controls, access another workspace, introduce malicious content, or use connected tools without authority from the relevant account owner.

Diagnostic and AI output

Workflow Diagnostic estimates and AI-generated plans are based on the information and systems available at the time. They are not guarantees of savings, accuracy, compliance, revenue, or business outcomes. Outputs should be reviewed before relying on them for consequential decisions.

Controlled execution

Kernolix separates planning from external side effects. Actions may require explicit approval and a configured connector. Financial, legal, security-sensitive, destructive, irreversible, or otherwise high-impact work should remain under appropriate human authorization and review.

Private pilot offers

A private Kernolix pilot offer describes a proposed scope, success metrics, pilot fee, optional ongoing commercial value, and validity period. Accepting a private offer records your commercial response but does not automatically charge a payment card or automatically activate a paid workspace. Payment instructions, invoicing, activation timing, and any additional contractual requirements are confirmed separately.

Pilot scope and changes

The accepted private-offer version is identified by a cryptographic snapshot hash. If the scope, price, metrics, or other material commercial terms need to change, Kernolix should issue or confirm an updated proposal rather than treating the previous acceptance as approval of different terms.

Payments

Early paid pilots may be settled by USD invoice / Payoneer or another mutually agreed manual method. A workspace is treated as paid in Kernolix operating metrics only after payment evidence is reviewed and recorded by an administrator.

Availability and early-stage status

Kernolix is early-stage software. Features, limits, integrations, and availability may change. Security pages describe implemented controls and roadmap status but do not represent certifications that Kernolix has not obtained.

Intellectual property

Kernolix branding, original software, and original site/product content remain with their respective rights holders unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. Customer-provided business data remains subject to the customer’s rights and applicable agreements.
